I am Andrew J. Fodo, an attorney with 34 years of experience in the solving and resolving of legal problem and issues in real estate disputes and litigation, business/partnership disputes and litigation, personal injury wrongful death claims and litigation, wills trust conservatorship disputes and litigation.

I offer big law firm experience and charge affordable and reasonable attorney’s fees. My hourly attorney’s fees are low affordable and reasonable. I will in litigation matters provide you a litigation budget outlining fees and costs from start to finish so you can make an informed business decision about the cost of your case. In certain cases I will charge you an affordable flat fee. Personal injury and wrongful death cases are handled on a contingency basis, no fee, if no recovery.

I will personally handle every aspect of your case. I will strive to demystify the legal process and obtain your goals as efficiently, accurately, and cost effective as possible. I listen to my clients and work with them to craft a resolution for their legal problems that meets their goals.
